The staff was very courteous and made my stay comfortable. They provided me with a fan heater for the cold weather, which was a great help. The food at the restaurant was excellent and I enjoyed every meal. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions, such as parks, a lake, and view points.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the hills and I must say that my experience was quite pleasant. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the beautiful location down the hill. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive, with basic amenities provided and comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, where I could relax and take in the scenic views. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

Spacious rooms and good restaurants. . Good location: proximity to the lake and a supermarket in the adjoining block. Great option for family and friends.
Poor maintenance: broken floors, worn-out mirrors, and paint coming out from walls/ceiling. . Poor service: delayed response, unhygienic food, and staff not attentive to customer needs.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city and offers easy access to all the key attractions. The parking area is quite big and the hotel also has a convenience store inside, which is helpful if you forget some important items while packing.
The maintenance of the hotel is extremely poor. The towels and bedsheets were not clean and had stains.
